TRAINING PACKAGES

Our training packages are offered for individuals and groups. Allowing you to bundle pricing at a reduced rate for the month or customized for a specific number or sessions.

All trainings require an inital $50 consultation to properly evaluate where the individual needs work for improvement. 

 

Base pricing is subject to change following evaluation as sessions are customized for the individual needs: 

  • Individual package A sessions $65

  • Individual Group Package B 4 sessions $55

  • TEAM Workout  package B  8 sessions $175/ hr

GROUP
TRAINING

Our group sessions are our most attended classes.

  These sessions are 90 mins long and consist of core fundamentals that we believe are essential for all players to compete

These sessions are for players who seek 1 on 1 attention to maximize their skill development.

 

During these workouts we replicate the pressure of game speed situations and execution of basic and advanced fundamentals under that pressure. We encourage our athletes to get out of their comfort zones and make mistakes as a part of the learning and developmental process.

Workouts are INTENSE

During these workouts we replicate the pressure of game speed situations and execution of basic and advanced fundamentals under that pressure. All training workouts are done with no intent to harm or injury trainee. Because workouts can be INTENSE
